THE LANE, SOUTHPORT

Regarding Marketing was asked to undertake the marketing contract for the Retail Precinct at Southport Central.

This was a particularly interesting one, as the development has had some negative press and exposure attached to it ever since the developer, Raptis Group, went in to receivership a few years prior.

We decided to undergo a complete rebrand to help give the precinct a new identity thus removing the negativity that had been associated with it previously.

Regarding Marketing worked closely with the design team at Evolution Creative to create the lane, Southport. www.thelanesouthport.com.au 

     


Atrium on Elliot

Auckland City Centre retail.  After 10 years, needed a rebrand and new look that worked with the changing face of Auckland.  Festival City was incorporated and marketing to a multicultural audience was created.  The results were phenomenal with a happy leasing team and good tenant mix.
