Townhouse developments

Townhouses on the outer suburbs are a sort after product in the current economy with rental demand outstripping supply.  With the basic marketing fundamentals and simple changes to the communication and specifications, we can assist you to bring these to market.


This project had been sitting stagnant for about 2 years after the developer ran out of money. The new developer who took over the project approached Regarding Marketing and asked us for a full marketing solution.

We started by giving the project an identity with a name and branding. We then created collateral and POS based on this new look including, brochure, floor plans, inclusions lists etc.

We also had a website created along with a HTML for the agents to send to their database.

Signage was a must for this development, having already been under construction for so long and then have it sit stagnant for 2 years, we really needed to let people know it was now on the market, our answer was to have billboards and roadside flags created and installed.

Finally a comprehensive media campaign was produced which included print media, online media, TV & Radio.


Boulton Ridge

Regarding Marketing were originally approached about Boulton Ridge by the selling agents, in hope that we could bring a bit of life to their press adverts. We quickly discovered the brand identity itself was quite dated and needed to evolve slightly. We created the new, bolder logo and designed some ads that were more in line with the project itself. Just those small changes resulted in sales and increased qualified enquiries. We then took the ads to the next level and created some very bold and modern ads which really reflected the project and jumped out of the newspaper.

We also created an 'email pack' for the agents to send out to any prospective purchases - the email pack is virtually a mini website covering all aspect of the project, from facilities, location info and floor plans to body corporate levies and rental appraisals. The agents have found this a very useful selling tool and much more cost effective than printed collateral.


Nottingham Square
